Purchases
All purchases made through the Pritz site are done through PayPal.
When placing an order with Pritz, you agree to the
terms therein and those set forth by PayPal.
Returns
We will be glad to exchange any Pritz handbag you are not completely happy with. The handbag must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date, in its original unused condition (including attached tags). Exchanges do not include reimbursements of original shipping and handling charges.
Pritz is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. For your
protection, please insure item. Gift certificates are final sales, are not redeemable for cash and may be used to purchase Pritz products.
Custom handbags and Design-Your-Own handbags are considered final sales. If in the unlikely event you discover a workmanship defect (within 14 days of purchase), please return your handbag to us for repair
or replacement.
